05 GT with Edelbrock E-Force @ 8-9# of boost and E85 Lito tune, 3.73 gears, automatic transmission with a TCI 2800 stall converter.
Currently, I have 295/45-18 Nitto 555G2 on the back, and 255/45-18 on the front. They are ok at road course track days, but they are useless at the drag strip. I want to get a set of MT ET street drag radials. I don’t plan on any bracket racing, I just want to be able to run decent times and not waste my time at the drag strip.
I have to stay with 18” wheels to clear my Wilwood brakes. There are four sizes available to me that should fit 275/45-18, 285, 305/40-18, and 305/35-18. Which do you think will give better traction? I think it will be the 275’s.
