Bu..bu..but you're giving up FREE TUNES FOR LIFE!
Glad to hear you're getting it dialed in. Just wait until you've done some datalogging and Manuel has worked more of his magic! To keep you updated guys, Lito came back to me on Friday. The day after I got his basic tune to replace the one provided by BAMA.
A dream come true. I got my idle back at 750, very few bucking and driveability close to stock. Even not going into datalogs yet. Amazing…
Thank you Lito ! you are very professional and quick to deal with….
The last couple of days I did put on my Pypes long tubes Headers and hi Flo cats along with the H-pipe. (nightmare to access screws and even more irritating putting them back on after freeing accessibility from underneath the car). It sounds amazing ! It was worth it, definitely !
Next step is to assemble my new Airaid MXP to replace my current K&N typhoon.
Once it is in place we will go through datalogs.
Thank you Lito and thank you all guys !
Mine does that too. I read something about it some time back, think it has to do with emissions (what doesn't?!).My car runs really good with a Lito tune and the Howard rattler cams. Other than the loping idle and the added power if you drove my car you’d never know it was cammed because it drives just like it did before the cams from Ford. Every now and then and I mean every now and then the idle will hang around 1300rpm when I’m rolling to a stop with the clutch in but soon as the car stops the idle drops down where it should be. But I’m not sure that has to do with the tune it’s probably something to do with all the other mods I have done to the car or the countless pounds of nitrous it’s ingested over the last year lol.
Baba tune

I currently live in Mobile. I have heard about Huntsville ´s reputation . Nice place to live it seems….I have never been there
Manuel will get back to you. He stays very busy, being an astronaut and all. It can be difficult waiting, but it's exactly what most of us go thru in building anything worth having. Patience is the best thing you can possess in this process. And when it's all done, you will be smiling. (I just laughed so hard I cried. These things are never finished)
By the way, I'm French as well. Born in Louisiana, raised in Texas, and I live in Connecticut. The people here can't understand me either.
Is this specific enough? EAT A DICK.WTF does any of this even mean? Astronaunt? French born in LA? WHERE in Louisiana? And what the fuck does that have anything to do with anyone understanding you? Be real specific.
lolHow did we go from being disappointed with BAMA tunes to Louisiana, French Astronauts eating dicks?
Definitely a strange vector to be on.How did we go from being disappointed with BAMA tunes to Louisiana, French Astronauts eating dicks?
I am ready …You will find Lito is the best out there when it comes to tuning a 4.6 3v...
any lil issue that he notices in the datalogs he will correct, and make the car even better. It is a process that may take you doing a few datalogs, but the end results will be worth the time spent.
Yeah, Lito's base tune sight unseen was way better than the Bama canned tune that came with the parts.Maybe I missed it, but did you get Lito to update your base tune after header/CAI/etc. Install?
