New personal best yesterday at a private rental hosted at MIR - The car is a 5.0L/auto 2012 GT/CS, with a stock tune and factory 3.15:1 gears. The only performance mods are GT500 mufflers and 325/45R17 M&H Racemasters on 17x8" Ford Bullitts. :thumb2:

I need to do that. I've rationalized that I now have the perfect number of Mustangs. There's a DD for each licensed driver in the house, and then I have 2 projects for the weekend. I'm not bragging - only fooling myself into believing that I'm not a hoarder!

Thanks guys! The sale has been approved by their City Manager. I'm not sure when I will be flying out there to complete the transaction and pick up the car. It's only a 10 hour drive home! This car will look great next to my 1985 SSP Mustang, which is also all-black.

It could be the Shaker 500 radio. The one in our 2005 died in 2007. Ford replaced the unit under warranty (back then). The car is on its 3rd alternator too, but the battery drain WAS caused by the radio in our case.

I realize that the V6 & GT front ends are slightly different, but wouldn't this indicate a difference of 3% that is attributed strictly to the belly pan? Or is the belly pan itself making up the entire 7% drop in drag?
