Let's say I wanted this really bad for my '11 GT. Couldn't I buy the rear gt bumper, lights, and the rest of that kit and have it all bolt on? Has anyone looked at whether the 10-12 rear bumper have same mounting points/ fit to quarter panels?

You're cupping the tire a little using a 325 with a 10" rim. Personally, I wouldn't use anything less than a 11" rim with that size tire. Personally, I run a 315 on a 11" rim. I'd use a 275 or 285 on a 10".
The only gauges I'll buy anymore are aeroforce. Our cars already have widebands, and all you would need to do after buying one or two gauges is to buy one fuel/oil sender to hook up to one of the gauges. You'll have everything you need to monitor.

+1 on that if you have some cash to spend. I've used www.wheeldude.com several times for cheapish wheels. You just need to know your size, lug spacing, and offset you want since they don't have a mustang fitment section.
