    The Kenne Bell design for the 3v is a terrible one, so you cant compare it to a centri setup. With 4.10's, it was a bit rough. But the overall heat problems of the KB made it entirely not worth the build. That 16lb with all the timing pulled felt like a pig after a run or two.

    standard motor, bit lower on compression, 16lb boost, pumping straight meth into the intercooler, biggest heat exchange i can find and custom 3 gallon tank filled with ice. Some have been able to get more by having a custom elbow made on the rear since the inlet is just too small. Sold the car...

    it doesnt matter how strong or how much boost. That KB just will be too hot, ice wont even help. best i even got without pulling my hair out over heat was around 550.

    This is what is done to mine rather than just screwing in supports. The water jackets are filled and welded. Coolant still flows through the drilled holes and they match what the head gasket in terms of coolant passage. will handle the 1100 I should hit no problem.

    Terminals are clean as can be, never had much corrosion. Battery has been load tested. Tool is pretty old, but still worked. Also as I mentioned, all other electronics and power accessories are running at full just on battery, so its got good juice.
