Do a search for Nitrous Outlet and you will find loads of information on that system. It can also be purchased from a few board sponsers like LRS and Lethal Performance.
The system comes with a lifetime warranty on the solenoids so I doubt it is a "bad" kit. ;)
I prefer to post actual times as listed before....
But I do use corrected number to compare my own timeslips from different days. This allows my to compare changes made to the car to gauge whether or not I am headed in the right direction.
I just can't wait to run in some good air...my...
Yes....The only "air" that is in the bottle is the amount it took to fill the cylinder as it was being assembled
Now with that being said it is possible to force more "air" into the cylinder using a nitrous pump if the mother bottle is empty. It is a rare occurance but does happen.
The...
not exactly.....you can overfill a hot bottle.
The larger the temperature difference is between the mother bottle (hot) and your bottle (cold) the easier the liquid will flow from the mother bottle to the bottle being filled. It is possible to fill bottles using this method alone. By...
with an overfilled bottle the pressure drop is due to the low volume of "pressure" above the liquid.
picture it as if the bottle is coughing instead of blowing the liquid out
p.s. clarifiction purposes only.......with a properly filled bottle there is no "air" in the bottle, only liquid...
I agree with the statement about waiting a little while as there are many new things coming out for the mustangs. With that being said there are all ready many option out there from reputable companies like NX and Zex. All of the options out there have the good points and bad.
On the tune...
Since no one has pointed out the factor that is the biggest "eye opener" to me....why are you overfilling the bottle? It is called a 10# bottle for a reason. It is supposed to have 10# of nitrous in the bottle, not almost 13#. An empty 10# bottle is normally around 14.5# so full would be 24.5#...
since the HSW guys didn't seem to jump in here I have a couple quick questions.
Nozzle placement will depend on which version of their dry kit you have.
1) Do you have a standard single nozzle dry? (solenoids, nozzle, lines, etc with no extra electronic control unit?) If so the nozzle will...
Hope I didn't miss any ;)

sorry to seem like I am always correcting everyone, just want to make sure accurate information is presented... most bottle valves today have a port built into the valve so you can read pressure whether the valve is open or closed.
If you have an old bottle that doesn't have this, you can...
Freezing the bottle has no affect on how much nitrous will go in the bottle or how hard it hits.
Freezing the bottle increases the temp difference between the bottle and the cylinder it is being filled from....the colder bottle will "suck" the liquid from the full bottle.
You can actually...
