That makes sense. So i noticed there are different stages of heads. The one that i looked on americanmuscle.com for the 4.6l are just "CNC ported heads for 3v 4.6l". When i'm talking to prospective shops to do the work, i can only imagine they are many different ways this work can be done? Or is...

I've been told it's illegal in areas to not have them catted though. Is that just a few areas only making it not a big concern to most?
