    OPGs and valve springs (mine floats at 7600-7700). You'll probably need a new clutch too.

    I think DOT4 is going to be especially important for a track noob since they will be less likely to detect a brake problem right away and also more likely to cause a heat issue by braking longer/slower.

    Not a single person asked - are you trying to look cooler or go faster? On most cars a good 275 drag tire with a good setup is plenty. a 325 might just slow you down.

    I'll agree that these cars have surprisingly decent roll rates for what they are. But it does seem like most people who track and autocross like to run a stiff front and soft rear, and many of them bring up the camber curve as part or most of the reason. Whether their reasoning is right or not...

    I believe the s197 front end is kind of backwards when compared to the standard "more sway bar or spring rate = less grip" rule. It easily rolls out of negative camber, which I guess is far more detrimental to grip than extra stiffness.

    The gearing on the mt82 is actually quite good for the mustang. If you're going through gears too quickly you probably just need a longer rear gear. The mt82 isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be, but it doesn't really put up with beating on it unnecessarily.
