I ran into a similar issue with my innovate wide band. I wound up getting frustrated and used the fuse to the power mirrors. I set them where I liked and called it a day. It's a quick fix till I have more time and nicer weather.
Just a heads up I'm in the same boat. I was told somewhere around 200 miles is needed for it to set. I contacted dan at Realspeed who did my tuning and he's taking a deeper look into getting some type of answer figured out. Apparently a lot of guys on Long Island are running into this issue.
what I wanna know is how some cars have it and some don't. I wouldn't mind it if it was consistent with high hp clutches. Is the low rpm vibration supposed to happen?

Isn't chatter when if first let off the clutch?? This is when I'm in gear, foot completely off clutch.
