    First time at track

12's or even low 13's: - More seat time - Slip the clutch off the line - Power shift - Mine shaft air - Did I mention more seat time?

    Disappointed

Make sure red line is set at 7000 rpm minimum. The throttle plates start closing when the engine reaches approx. 300-400 rpm below red line. Install a higher octane tune if you have one. And obviously higher octane gas to match. I'm guessing you're shifting into 4th before the finish line...

    Help me into the 12's

See if resetting the KAM, and recalibrating the accelerator pedal/throttle body helps.

    Help me into the 12's

No solution to your hesitation problem. However, the O2 sensors should not be causing it, because the ECM is designed to go into open mode during WOT and it ignores the O2 sensor data.

    Help me into the 12's

All you need now to dip into the 12's is a lower D/A, like someone else mentioned. And good track prep.

    new best today

Congrats on reaching the 10's! Looks like switching to slicks was the solution for taming the increased torque multiplication at the rear wheels.

First trip to the track with my new car

The 3" pulley and smaller rear gear that you installed have significantly increased the torque multiplication at the rear tires, which is the main cause of your traction problem IMHO. Changing the geometry of existing suspension components, or installing different suspension components may...

First trip to the track with my new car

Did your friend also experience excessive tire spin with a 3.5" pulley and 3.31's?

First trip to the track with my new car

Larger diameter rear tires and/or a higher gear ratio(lower number) will also increase traction.

    Temp Issues

If the cooling fans are operating properly and datalogging shows a normal coolant temp, then the temp gauge may be dodgy.

    First trip in new 13

Nice runs. I'm betting you would have broken into the 12's with a decent DA.

    Chattering at WOT

If bad gas isn't the cause, then carbon that has built up inside the cylinders or partially clogged fuel injectors may be the culprit. Before messing with the tune, see if dumping a can of Seafoam in the gas tank fixes it. However, it may take a couple hundred miles (and possibly a 2nd Seafoam...

Idle issues. Car stalls on start up without giving it gas!

Cleaning the throttle body may help. If that doesn't work, then varnish/carbon may be causing one or more injectors to leak when the engine is off. Dumping a can of Seafoam into the gas tank should clean them out.

    Dead End, Need Help...

If the CAI filter was re-oiled after being cleaned, then it may have been over oiled, which can coat the MAF sensor and cause idle and performance problems. Suggest cleaning this sensor. Also, clean the TB. It's probably real dirty if it's never been cleaned, which can also cause engine...

Found a water leak in the trunk, thought I'd share some pics

I can add another trunk leak source. There was condensation on the inside of my 05 GT's rear window on a cool morning. Checked the trunk, and found water in the spare tire compartment. Lifted the trunk fabric liner, and found a wet path leading back to a water filled trough at the bottom of...
