Combo: saleen crate motor, 4.6 stroked to 5.0, edelbrock blower with 3 inch pulley, tci SSF tranny, PI 2400 converter, 3.73s, jba headers, 3" exhaust.
17x6.5 weld rts and 15x10 rts with 325/50/15 M/T drs, steeda billet lower control arms and lca relocation brackets.

The car just kept blowing the tires off. Even when I tried leaving at 1000 rpm.
The only decent pass I could get was 11.25@ 123 with a 1.81 60.
The track prep was terrible. I guess I'm going to have to put slicks on it.

Any input would be appreciated.
Temp was 80 degrees with about 70% humidity and the car was never really cooled down.

How much air were you running on the 325 DRs?

Is it spinning right off the hit or does in initially hook then start spinning like 20 or 30 feet out?

I tried 14, 13, 10 and 8. It spins right from the hit.
The 11.25 was with 8 and I still had to pedal it.

Larger diameter rear tires and/or a higher gear ratio(lower number) will also increase traction.

With the 325s the gear ratio is about 3.66. How big of a slick will fit?

The tires are enough to go 7's, look at suspension.

What's you a/s and instant center?

I haven't looked at it yet. I know the brackets are set on the bottom hole. I also have CJ rear springs.

Can you post a pic of your car? Your avatar is showing a car with a serious rake, which looks like could be preventing weight transfer to the rear tires.

The tires themselves are very good. Lets see some details on your suspension set up, what springs, shocks, pinion angle, etc. A vid showing your car launching to the 60' would be best.

I deleted the vids from my phone because the car barely moved.
Stock shocks, steeda billet lowers
Not sure what brand the relocation brackets are but they are lime green and set on the bottom hole.
Cobra jet rear springs
I can check pinion angle and IC tomorrow.
I'm thinking about taking the brackets off.

What's the date code on the tires?

The tires are almost 2 years old. I bought the car from a friend so I know the whole history of the car.
He went 11.0 with a 1.60 60' with 3.31s and the 3.5" pulley.
With that pulley it made 540 rwhp. I have the 3" on it which made 602 to the wheels. Plus I put the 3.73s in it.
I'm thinking it could be the relocation brackets.
The car hits really hard. It's like an on off switch with this pulley.

It should be able to go 1.4's. Post up the suspension measurements and try to get a video of the car leaving.

Do you think I should take the front sway off?
How about the relocation brackets?

I wouldn't think that stock shocks are helping much.

If you have lower control arm relocation brackets with the arm in the very bottom hole, I would think that is hitting the tires hard.

Without getting into measurements I think the lca location could be hurting you.

Good luck!

Dropping the sway can't hurt.. The relocation brackets could be an issue depending how far from stock location they are.

That's what I'm thinking. You think I should take them off or just adjust them?

They are in the bottom hole which I assume is the farthest from stock.

I would go to the top hole and see what happens.

I run mine in the top hole with the same springs you have. I don't make a ton of power, but from looking at the pic zoomed in there is a ton of angle on your lca.

Tell us about your method of heating up the tires before you roll up to stage. It could be as simple as getting more heat in the tires.
