The first shop it was taken to and the one that sold him the pro-charger could not figure it out and told him to drive and they would get back to him after they do and never heard back from them and charged him a good chunk of change without fixing so he resorted to going to another shop to see...

Taxman is right Klaw you have no idea what you are talking about. Need to find out the facts before you run off at the mouth.

I don't think the whole blame is being put on the shop just think he would like a little help from them on the replacement. Cut some of the labor or sell parts at cost something. I know the shop and they are great people and honest people and I truly believe they will help come up with a fix.
