    Why No Lower Control Arms in SCCA Solo in ST and SP?

    Can anyone tell me the thinking behind NOT allowing changes to the lower control arms, let alone just even relocation, on solid axle suspension in SCCA Solo? Is there a reason? Or is it just one of those things that's "It is because that's what we say it is"?
