    The biggest problem i have found with inconsistent '60 foots was caused by the person ahead dragging water to the line. I hate when people on street tires find the need to go to the water box, shouldn't to begin with, then barely even do a burnout and roll up the line.

    Lol. Thats why anything on the internet you take as just an opinion, and do your own probing on what is the more probable cause. I would agree on pinion preload or poor wear pattern on the ring gear as the culprit though.

    Thanks. I didnt believe when they were telling me i was pulling my tires, but after seeing some pics was pretty cool to see. I wish i had some driver side shots, friends said that one was coming up around a foot on some runs lol.

    Finally got to the track and was able to hook thanks to new M/T slicks (3053S) and good prep. It is still a 3.31 gear car, with the exception of a 26" slick out back (26.5 actually). The car is still on stock control arms and shocks out back, otherwise i would of tried to dial in the '60 more...
