The biggest problem i have found with inconsistent '60 foots was caused by the person ahead dragging water to the line. I hate when people on street tires find the need to go to the water box, shouldn't to begin with, then barely even do a burnout and roll up the line.

Lol. Thats why anything on the internet you take as just an opinion, and do your own probing on what is the more probable cause. I would agree on pinion preload or poor wear pattern on the ring gear as the culprit though.

Try turning off traction and stability to be sure one of those isnt kicking in first.

Without a dyno comparison this is not a complete test. So to say this is not a good thing can't be used, as you said you cant feel a loss or gain. To me, 5-10whp for an essentially a free mod is more than worth it if that's what it gains. I would really like to see a before and after dyno to...
