Cooling fan on the 500 is constantly cycling on and off ever 10 to 15 seconds in 85 degree weather. Is this normal? Everytime it cycles it creats a 100 to 200 rpm dip and change in idle.

Installed a bmr uca & mount yesterday. I had a shop torque all bolts to spec and set pinion angle. im getting a clunk only when I go over bumps but not with acceleration. Could there be something I missed checking? Any thoughts would help.
