    Porting stock intake 3v

    I'm pulling off my stock intake manifold on my 3v to install delete plates, gt500 tb, and planing on cleaning up the casting flaws on the intake similar to what people do with stock ls intakes. My car is n/a with cams and long tubes. Has this been done before and were there noticeable gains?

    Ford Racing Intake vs Delete Plates?

    I have hot rod cams, long tube headers, 4:10 gears and made 330hp and 300tq. Was told by my tuner the hp gain of the ford racing intake would be out weighed by the torque loss. Would I be better off to do delete plates instead and having the same power band or go with the ford racing intake?
