Not true, the jet pump is constantly pulling fuel from the passenger side of the tank to the drivers side, the crossover is at the top of the tank not the bottom. So as I said before anything under 1/2 tank is going to have all of the fuel on the drivers side, don't believe me go pull the pumps...
