New PB for my car. Car is 2014 base GT A6. It has a Bama tune, Cat delete, PMAS cold air and Pypes Bomb axle back. It weighs about 3820 with me in it and I weigh about 230.

I have been looking at tires and trying to decide which slick to buy. I know I have to have a stiff sidewall slick or one designed for a manual transmission. My question is has anybody tried this one or will it even fit since its so tall? Mickey Thompson ET Drag Slick 29.5'' x 9.0'' - 15''...

Ok has anyone out there used a stiff sidewall slick on there car? I'm trying to figure out how to get my car to hook up since I mades some changes to it. I'm thinking about a 28 10.5 15S M/T.

Do you power shift all your gears with that PRO 5.0? I normally powershift all of them but I'm looking for something to make it smoother.

So does anyone know if they will work with a BMR k member? I still have issues even with the k member, of course it could be the Hurst shifter though.

I think its possible. I have ran a best of 7.93@87 in the 1/8 and 12.58@108 in the 1/4. Thats launching at 5k though and powershifting.

If the track is good I run 17, if it gets cold or goes away and it gets slick I go down to 15. When I spray it out of the hole however I always run 15psi.

I was wondering the same thing. I plan spraying my car soon and was thinking about switching to a 275/60 15 if it will fit.

I have a BMR kit with A arms. Took it to the Dealer and they were done in about a hour no issues.

Get some good tires and try power shifting that thing and you will be surprised. Seems about normal for street tires, your 60' was pretty good though for thsoe tires. My best 1/8 mile so far is 7.93@88.

I dump the clutch between 5000-5500 rpm, I power shift every gear. My best 60ft so far has been 1.64 and I set my tire pressure on my ET Streets between 14 & 17psi.

I have BBK LT, O/H x pipe, Spintech mufflers and love them. The BBKs are ceramic coated and the fit was very good with a price that is affordable.

You should be in the 7.90-7.80 range easily if you can get it to hook up.

I have run a best of 12.58@108 with my mods. I very pleased with it and I still have cams to put in it. 325whp 338wtq.

I just got back from Bowling Green with a new best. 12.58@108

I normally dump it between 4500-5500 depending on the track conditions. I power shift every gear also.
