    Line locks for fun

I have the Hurst and I would try something else if I had it to do again. It works great but the fitment was not awesome. And yeah, burnouts are much easier to do with line lock. Especially if you have an M6 Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

    Fuel System Leaks

I bought a JPC fuel system which has been doing pretty good for me for about 3k miles. I have been developing leaks at the push lock fittings however after that time. 3/4 fuel rails fittings are leaking with 2 of the 10AN fittings moving to the back of the car. It's leaking where the hose...

    WOT BOX Opinions

Holy shit, so I bought this thing, and the install was a breeze. It went really quickly, besides the bottom ECU connector wire since it was tough to get to. So I connect to it using the USB to serial adapter without any issues. I did all the setup, verified that the clutch down/up worked...

Anybody use this with an MT-82? I did a little searching and didn't see a ton of information. Anybody seen or heard of pitfalls to using this with our cars?

Lund nGauge - Love it or Hate it??

The tune I am running now was done by Ken Bjonnes (Formerly Lund, now starting palm beach dyno). Lot of people tune with HP so that made me more comfortable purchasing this. It just means I can't go to Lund for remote tunes using the nGauge.

Lund nGauge - Love it or Hate it??

Love mine. I got the HPT version instead of the lund version. That way any HPT tuner can take care of me.

    Hobbs switch wiring

To close the loop on this one, my hobbs switch was faulty. When the car was hot it would trigger at about 17psi. When cool it would trigger at around 3 psi. I replaced the hobbs switch and it works perfectly. It doesn't make me feel great about using a hobbs switch though... Sent from my...

    SCT Software Strikes Again...

I love my HP nGauge. When I want to log a run I touch it twice, and I am logging. No more cables to mess with, at least until I want to download logs from it. Then I have fuel pressure, boost, and all my ECU data in a single log.

    Hobbs switch wiring

So on the air compressor this setup works fine. I verified by piping in the boost sensor and hobbs in the car to the air compressor regulator and verified that the switch closes and starts the pump at 3+ PSI. I took it to the dyno, and the second pump would not start with 12 lbs boost on a...

    Hobbs switch wiring

I ended up doing this little test setup. I hooked my boost vacuum sensor and the hobbs switch up to my regulator and saw my second fuel pump consistently turn on over 3 lbs boost. So at least it works off an air compressor. I am not clear why it would not work plumbed to the manifold. Sent...

    Hobbs switch wiring

So I have a roush hobbs switch that I want to use to phase in my second pump when I am in boost. I tested the switch using a regulator and air compressor, and according to my DMM I see 0 ohms when I increase the pressure to anything more than 0 psi. All was great. So I wire this in series...

    JPC Fuel System Issue

Times to hook up the Hobbs and go plaid! Thanks for the help. I think I am going to ditch their controller box and the 10 gauge wire too. Go separate 8 gauge feeds.

    JPC Fuel System Issue

Right now I am running both pumps anytime the car is running. In playing with it I discovered if only one pump is running then the running pump pulls less current and the wire doesn't get hot. I think the solution is running a hobbs switch on the second pump. I didn't want to do that because...

    JPC Fuel System Issue

I know there are better controllers out there but I am confused why I am having this problem since 10 gauge wire and 30 amp relays should handle the load. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
