While driving from AZ to CA, one of my spark plugs backed itself out just far enough to blow out a couple threads. I had the dealership in Yuma repair the threads so I could get home, but now I can't remove that plug! It's still a 9/16 plug, but I think some of the bonding agent may have adhered...

The motor was torn down and inspected, no faults were found. The leak was found coming from the passenger-side gasket (Cometic). I got everything cleaned up, reassembled with new gaskets, new fluids, and a retune for my new MAF. I have some feedback for my tuner, but the car runs well.

For those with ARP studs, do you need to pull the motor to get the heads off? Mine was installed after assembly.

The studs were new along with the rest of the parts, so that could be a cause. Unfortunately, my leak definitely contaminated the oil pan. Like you said, I'm crossing my fingers that it's not a total loss.

Engine coolant reservoir, sorry for not specifying. The valve covers were pulled and the system was pressure tested. Coolant was found leaking from one of the studs. The heads will come off next. There was some smoke from the exhaust, but I've seen small amounts before during cold starts. I...

Nope, San Diego. Plus the significant amount of fluid missing. I was figuring it must be a pretty catastrophic leak to happen so quickly. The coolant was filled to the "Cold Fill Range" a few days ago, and now there's none to be seen.

I haven't put any coolant or oil back in it yet. We'll start looking at gaskets, studs, and whatnot first. I'll post more when I know more. I appreciate all your inputs.
