    Dealer came and picked up my car,they dropped the trans and everything went into place I guess and is shifting correctly now.They opened it and sent pics of the 1st gear synchronizer to ford and ford said to replace the whole 1st gear assembly.

    Got under the car,didnt see anything broken,I can move the shifter arm from side to side but cant get it to go in gear,the shifter looks and feels free.The shift fork is located inside the trans?

    I was driving my car and got to a stop, put the trans in 1st,took off and tried to shift to second and shifter is stuck in neutral but the trans is still in 1st,any ideas why?Im trying to fix it my self and not go to the dealer,could the shifter linkage be stuck or is it the trans?

    I dont have a clue as to what type of guages to get,I tried looking but their is to many different types.I want to get a dual guage pod,and boost and fuel pressure gauges,where and which brand is the best for a good price?

    Is the stock tensioner good enough or do I have to replace it with a newer and stronger one?After a few runs I can smell like what seems to be the belt slipping and its coming from the engine bay.
