    I would run a couple of tanks of gas with fuel injector cleaner though car. when you shut car off each time make sure you let it settle down to an idle before turn key off. Keeps any extra fuel from building up. Also check you air filter.

    Dept of Boost has quality parts and one of the most popular set ups for non build 3V engines. I have never heard one issue with DOB set up. Perhaps I should’ve said low price instead of cheap.

    I have used Dexron, Synchromesh and Mobile One in the Tremec XL. The Mobile One was best shifting fluid but still little notchy till fluid warns up. I have no unusual sounds in 3 or 4 gear.

    I have same set in my ‘07 for 6 years, RXT clutch with lighten flywheel. Did not need spacer. Don’t use gear oil! Will void warranty. I run 4.10 gears and love it.

    BMR Control Arm Replacement Spherical Bearings UTCA028H

    Changing from poly upper bushing to spherical bearing. Busted the poly bushing in upper control arm a wait back decided with manual six speed, 410 gear and 700+ hp I should go to next step. Also change upper arm bushing on rear end to the bushing used on 2014 GT 500, able to handle additional hp.

    Low vacuum by pass will pass with drivability if you vacuum was too low to close by pass. Let me, know if you have issues after by pass change. I have been messing with KB for long time.

    If you can’t to the work your self be prepared to pay a fair price. If I didn’t do all my own work, I would not be able to drive fast car. I’m sure they would do good job. Turn key cost big bucks!

    I have the same engine in my 2007 Mustang. It was a turbo car and decided to go back to a KB 3.2 supercharger and changed out to much milder car. I have my boost gauge, fuel pressure regulator, bypass valve t’ed into FPS on fuel rail. My system does not use a BOV. No familiar with Paxton...

    With your setup I don’t think your bypass valve is setup correctly. With stage 3 cams and low vacuum, your bypass may not be allowing boost early enough. Your set looks like a MMR setup, did you have this engine built? Who’s stage 3 cams are you running?

    If you are still running TR3650 the lowest gear radio I would run is 3.73 with a 28” tall tire. First gear ratio in your transmission is 3.38, very low. I’m currently running 4.10 gears on my KB 3.2 at 18-20 lb boost, 700+ rwhp. I’m running 28” tires but have Magnum T56 with 2.97 first gear...

    I have not seen a 3V that Lito, ( Manuel Pazo )could not handle, he has been tuning my car for years. I learned more from Lito about Tuning, electronics, Ford 3V that all other sources. Very unstable situation in his home country, just may have to wait a day or two, or just retry contacting.

    I have same setup, did not realize how many other with the same. Tremec 6 speed with 2.97 ratio and 4.10 rear gears. Currently pushing 18 to 20 lbs boost with KB 3.2 Surprised how well it lauches on the street with 305/17 Mickey Street radials.
