2005 4.0 V6 - Front right turn signal stays solid.

The turn signals for front left, rear left and rear right all flashes. But the front right stays solid. I changed the bulb and still the same. Does anyone have any clue as to what it could be?

My inspection is upcoming and I am trying to resolve this issue. Thanks
