I'm relocating to Ohio with my work and am keeping the house in FL for a few more years...two mortgages. I just need to slim down for a year or two. I'll put another one together when the time is right.

HaHa. It's definitely worth it family wise (In-laws live in Western PA), work wise (a raise and awesome potential for growth) and race wise....in the middle of it all. Once I get the new house situation settled and get a renter in the this house, it'll be less to contend with.
We've been looking at different areas of Ohio....we can be wherever we choose. The Columbus area is supposed to have some great schools, is only 3 hrs from family and is below the "snow belt."
