I have a 05 auto PCM code bkt3. When being married to your car at the dealership the mechanic can set the PCM to a manual type instead of auto.

I have a couple, 5r3a-acc, it has a saleen mt/sc sticker on it, not that it matters. Also a 5r3a-aca. Both are manual trans, 05 pcm's ... Both are used, working. Make offer if interested

I may need one as well. I just sent mine to texas to see if they can fix it, but if they cant, I will need a pcm for a 2008 gt manual. currently have a rya1 strategy, but can get all that reprogrammed if necessary
