Hey, man...sounds stupid, but how did you get the grill/foglight assm. off?
I put these LED fogs in mine, and by removing the 'cover' and the top bolts,
I pivoted the assm. so I could reach behind. Got it done, but i was wanting to take the whole unit off...is it only those tabs along the bottom?
TIA, marty

so how much would you charge to do them?

I need more practice/experience before I actually start doing work for others.... lol

You mean the grille that sits on top of the bumper? There should be 4 clips on the back of each side of the grille... Pop them off gently or else they may break...

Yes, those...they seemed fragile, and would not let go. No tools involved, correct?

Real nice. Do you mind if I asked how much everything cost? I have been wanting to do this, but not spending any money right now, so not that big of a deal to me either way.

The retrofit?
Right around $300 or so for components...
Foglight retrofit was $170...

It took me a few months to buy the various parts and find time to do it... But if you call retrofitsource.com, I'm sure they'll hook you up if you buy a bunch of stuff at once. =]

How much that hood cost ya?
Looks bad ass

Thanks! A little over $1,000 from TruFiber/TruCarbon....

Thanks man. That is less than I thought it would be for that level of equipment. I was thinking of changing out for the stock set but I like the blinkers on the inside of the lights instead of the outside like the stock ones are.

Install is usually $600 from a professional... DIY, you will probably still need to make your own brackets or stop by a hardware store... but eh, it's definitely worth it....

Gonna pretty soon. They gonna be black and need real HIDs this time around instead of blinding everyone

Haha... Lemme know, I'm Irvine =D
