I am about to pick up a stock yote, ecu and engine harness this weekend for a fox project. I found out that the PATS can now be disabled on the stock ECU and I dont need the ford control pack to do the swap. Im wanting to locate all electronics possible into the cab of the car behind the dash preferrably. For sure the ECU. My question is will there be any issue cutting and extending the stock wires on the harness with this or will it cause issues? Im not sure since it is cam bus and dont want to make my life more difficult.
