I have been working on this install for a few weeks now. I wanted things to be a certain way, so I decided to piece my kit together and perform the install in stages, while keeping within my budget. I think it's going well overall, but I have had to cross several hurdles along the way. My latest hurdle is nitrous and fuel lines from the nozzle to the solenoids. I initially ordered lines that were too short. I also feel that I need 90 degree elbows on one end of the lines to make them more flexible for my application. Here are a few pics.

I don't know why I always experience problems loading pics, but for some reason I can only download one at a time.

Test fitting everything is very necessary to get things right. It has helped me to discover several things that needed or still need to be changed.

I had to trim the cooling fan shroud to gain clearance for the nozzle when installing the intake tube (nozzle slightly touched fan shroud and didn't go on as easily as I would have liked it to).

Pic of solenoids mounted on bracket. Note: This solenoid bracket cannot be used without the spacer or a plate kit.

BTW, the guys at Nitrous Outlet have been great. I can't count the number of times that I have PM'd or e-mailed Neal with questions along the way. He has always responded back in a timely manner with answers to all of my questions...Now that's what I call outstanding customer service! I am happy that I chose to do business with them.

What tune you going to run? You really can't spray a 5.0 safely without one...unless it's a 1988...I shot 125 through one of those no-tune, dry :)

I ran a wet shot. Plate kit from n2o outlet for a year or 2 on my 2012 car.

When tuning these on a wet shot. The ecu will correct the added fuel by the wet nozzle causing the car to be leaner than you want.

Fyi. Dry may be a better set up

How did you overcome the fuel issue? What size shot did you run? BTW, I will be running a Nano system too. I don't plan on exceeding a 100 shot and will be running colder plugs with good fuel when spraying. As much time and effort as I have in this install, I sure don't plan to cut any corners.

They have to command the extra fuel in the tunes.
