4.6 3v turbo driving issues

Just installed a Edelbrock EForce and my car does this first start up in the morning and then goes away after that....funny thing is today all kinds of bells and whistles went off....Interested into what could make this happen?

not all the lights...just the idiot ones...wrench, batt, seat belt, door open....then i pushed in the clutch and they went away...hasn't done in in a couple of days...
