If you watched the SVTP interview with SGT Chief Engineer, you will see that they have corrected the 1-2 shift issue. It also has revised gearing

I have always been a fan of tall gears.

With that much power, why shift so much? It's just not needed. And any gain in extra shifting is marginal at best. Let the torque work it's magic. It's like the old school torque and gearing is back.... imagine that.
