6r80 transmission

I'm wanting to swap out my built 3v for a built coyote swap. My question comes to the 6r80. I've done the research on the difference between the one in a coyote and the f150. The transmission in the f150 is a lot cheaper than the mustang transmission. Has anybody ever used the f150 transmission in a car? I know there's a 2wd one and 4wd one. Has the full engine and tranny coyote swap been doing in a 05-09 considering I'd need the wiring for the tranny? Or will I just need to go with a built 4r70w? Any help would be appreciated.

i would also want to do this swap and go from 5r55s to 6r80 fell in love with the Tbrake Kdanner it works awesome thanks for your help
