Well all the parts are in,and Im putting the new combo in the car. The new setup should produce at least 800 rwhp. The blower is going to be a 2.6h to start and after we are done,a 2.8l will be set on and who knows from there. This is for an upcoming article with Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords. The new setup is as follows:

Teksid block
.020 JE pistons
Manley Billet Rods
Cobra Crank
Kenne Bell 2.6l H S/C Lbs of Boost.....WHAT EVER IT TAKES
Kenne Bell custom MAF
Kenne Bell custom T-Body
Kenne Bell 2.8l blower manifold (modified to fit 2.6l)
Kenne Bell Twin 40amp BAPS
Kenne Bell 8 rib setup
Livernois Stage3 heads
Comp Cams stage3
ARP hardware
Mezire W/Pump
Hooker headers
ST Motorsports Ice Box
ST Motorsports custom 5in CAI
60lb injectors (hoping for 83lb injectors as I know these 60's will be way maxed)
Diablo Mafia
Diablo Predator
FRRP GT500 fuel pumps
Custom Clutch Masters Clutch (manual trans is going back in for testing for comparison where we left off with 5.0 Mag)
Custom Clutch Masters Billet Slave cylinder
etc etc etc....
After we reach the 800 hp goal the 2.8l will finish the job. Then its back to the auto and the strip we go.

re ready for racing

Hopefully in a few weeks. I figure i will have a good week and half getting everything tied together and flowing smoothly. I wont rush it like the last time. i will make sure the car is 100% before it goes to the track.

re fuel line

Thats the plan. Its proven you can make a 1000hp with a 1/4 fuel line with the right fuel pressure. After working out the numbers with Jim at KB we both agree the stock supply line should be ok.

A set up like that gives me the "wants". One day my garage queen will be wearing most, if not all of those jewels. :beerdrink:

One day...
