anyone know this part and if its important

getting my engine all ready to go back in , i noticed i cannot find the second one of these i had ,, i know i need two of them cuz my pics showed one on the left and right bank of the timing cover, what are these and can i run the motor with just one or is it bad and should just wait til i can find out what it is and order one? thanks guys

They are capacitors used to help eliminate RFI

If you use the radio at all make sure both (There is one for the drivers side and passenger side of the engine.) are connected and bolted to the block. Otherwise the noise you will hear coming out of your speakers will drive you INSANE!
