Can someone post a simple wiring diagram to include the cutoff switch. All I have found is info from 5 years ago and of those, they seem a little more complicated that I think they should be. I have heard of several different ways to wire the switch so not sure which one use. My main concern is the alternator issue. Have seen everything from mounting starter solenoids to starter relays in the trunk. I would think that just breaking the red (+) cable through the cutoff switch and running it up to the engine compartment and connecting it to the positive cable there would kill power to everything when it is in the off position. But there are many posts that brink up alternator issues or charging issues unless another cable is run back to the trunk from the alternator and I don't understand this??? Any help or clarification is greatly appreciated.
