best buffer for a novice under $100

Want to get a buffer that is easy to use for a novice but isn't too expensive. Is dual action orbital better or random orbital or what? Edit: I just realized this thread is better suited for "keeping it clean". I can't figure out how to move it..

harbor freight has a da polisher thats basically the same as the porter cable da for like $60

depends on the stock you get. The older HF DA is significantly weaker than the newer one for the same price.

For $100 I'd buy the PC7424

LOL. As someone who's used the Harbor Frieght it's a good deal. You can get it on sale with the coupon. Only recommendation is to replace the included backing plate with a better one (and preferably a 5" plate). Use 5.5" pads.
