Black Hood Pins on my '05 GT

Hey everyone, what do you guys think of the hood pins that I installed today on my stang?

Just wanted some opinions, thanks!

I have never been a huge fan of hood pins on anything but really old muscle cars, and even then, it is pushing it.

Understandable, everyone has their own preference when it comes to hood pins.

Pic is bad, but they look good. Also, the 05-09 has bad hood flutter as well, so functional

Yeah haha the picture was taken on Instagram from my iPhone so should've realized the picture would be SUPER grainy

After seeing just a stock Mustang hood look like it was going to fly away into the sunset at high speeds, I knew I needed hood pins on my Steeda cowl. I personally don't like hood pins but I'd rather have to deal with that than the repercussions of a hood de-latching!

I didn't realize that there were issues with the stock hoods. Function in this case wins out.

I had hood pins on my 07 GT/CS. I personally like them. It gives the car a tough look, and for 05-09 models, it is functional, keeping the hood from bowing up at highway speeds.
