Black Racing Seats safety

How safe are these seats? I know they are not FIA approved, dont need them to be either but just concerned if I were to get into an accident on my daily driver.

I'm honestly not aware of a safety rating with these seats. I know they're a good quality product, but I don't know of any certifications or ratings that they have.
