Black sludge /residue in pan - 5R55S

So I just installed my Trick Flow tranny pan with dipstick in my 2006 GT. Looking at the stock pan - the magnet in the bottom has black sludge on it.

I cut the old filter open and there is not any metal or anything in the filter or pan.

Is the black sludge normal or should I be concerned?

The fluid is fine and doesn't smell burnt.

I refilled with Redline transmission fluid. (so nice having the dipstick and 2 extra quarts of fluid!!)

That just means the little magnet was doing it's job.
