If you wanted to retain the stock type quick release hose attachment, it really wouldn't be very hard to make a hose nipple on a lathe out of some aluminum stock. Thread it just like the hose barb above, but make the other end the same dimensions as the plastic that broke off.

JPC sells the aluminum pieces like that with his manifold. Might want to check with Justin.

Also it looks as it that piece has a separate texture that the rest of the manifold. I wonder if it is just pushed in and you can get a replacement from Ford.

It's not pushed in. It's part of the mold.
