Doing a bunch of work on my car. The timing cover had to come off. I tried cleaning it but no joy. I had ZERO intention of buying a new one, but then I just happened to see one at Tasca Ford. Brand new part selling for $157, I was shocked. 
It even came with gaskets (installed) and some pulleys. I put one in my shopping cart right away, lol.
Other than the supercharger, this is probably the most visible part on the engine when you open the hood, so this should really help at shows.
