So, with the new addition to the CA testing process it got me thinking.
So, those that may not know, CA does a biannual (every two years) emissions test, now its a visual and a OBD computer check, they recently banned tunes. So you would need to make sure the car has a factory tune and only CARB legal parts to pass.
So my semi buzzed thought/question is about those folks who are/were abiding by the rules and bought a CARB legal blower kit but it required a tune? will those blower setups run on a factory tune to pass emissions?
