Cruise Not Working, Power Outlet also Gone

I bought the car a month ago with about 60k on the clock (2007 GT CS) and the power port in the center console stopped working a week ago.

This morning on the highway, the cruise stopped working. I pulled off the highway to get a drink, restarted the car, and still nothing.

I'll check fuse 18 in the passenger kick panel (for CC) when I step out for lunch, but didn't know if you guys thought this might be part of a larger problem.

Check the fuses and the SJB for any water in it.

Drove the car to the UPS store and the cruise worked. I also looked for water in the SJB and found none.
