Obviously I need to throw air in the tire, what should I bring it up to? Is this tire still good?? It's gunna be 100 degrees today

I would drive them. How old are they?

Looks more to me like they need to be cleaned and then some tire dressing applied.

im on the same page, thank you for the reassurance. managed to scrub some off with my finger. going to give it a clean tomorrow. pumped them up to 26 from 23psi. 200 miles old. That tire sees the sun more than the other side which does not show the same marks.
