anybody watching this year? I am. A few thoughts....

First, what is it with the GT500s? Are they hard to drive? Running 13s and high 12s at a mph where they should be easily/deep in the 11s.

Second, the unlimited class--I can definitely see switching tires and stuff--but I guess they switch out a lot more then that? I thought the idea was to run the car like you would on the street (sans a better tire)?

Anyway some incredible times from the unlimited class so far.

As STKJOCK said, they are hard to launch, especially the 13/14's. I am shocked at the 13's & high 12's unless they are stock 5.4's. I was able to turn a 12.09 @ 121 with mine bone stock on an almost un-prepped track.
