front page slow performance

the front page takes forever to load (yes I have high speed), because of all the graphics from the sponsers, and it causes my scroll bar to lock-up when I am trying to scroll down. I am sure the sponsers love the front page display, but its pretty much useless since it locks up the screen. This is not my computer, every other web page/forum I visit works fine.

Works fine for me. But since you are sure the site has an issue and it is not you, perhaps change the skin to the Speedfire skin so you don't have to see all the vendor graphics down the side of the Forums main page (assuming that is what you mean since we do not have vendor advertisements on the "front page" of the site)
