This idea is more directed at Kimmer, but I imagine the mods have some input in this.

Background for idea. I made my 08 into something I only want to drive when really nice. Got the idea of picking up a semi-clean 99-04 GT to be a daily driver. The other sites are OK, but not S197.

My suggestion is this....when the next generation Mustang tech category is added (or before), add 99-04. No breakouts for any specialty cars during that period, just 1 99-04 section. Alot of the vets on here owned or still own and would be nice to have to have the strong protection this site affords its tech section.

Anyway, if for or against, lets have some input on this.

I dig it, but I guess where do you draw the line? why not have classic mustang tech, fox body etc..

or just a general tech section for all other mustangs before 05 - I imagine with the new body style there will be some changes here towards the new platform so why not a section for the older.. I guess we'll see, but I think it's a good idea.

Well, maybe when they picked up fuel injection. If it had a carb, you must be a fossil by now, right! Oh wait! I was 18 in 1980, that won't work!
