Getting ready to pull my motor .

I'm getting ready to pull my motor this weekend .
I plan to leave the tranny in the car . I'm just looking for any tips or tricks from anyone with experience doing this. I know what needs to be removed and disconnected . Just want to make it as smooth as possible.

Since you have to unbolt it anyway, I found it easier to just pull the transmission out first and get it out of the way. Otherwise you need to figure out how to hold up the front when you separate it from the engine.

Leave the ac and ps hooked up. Just unbolt them from the motor and let them lay. Take out the battery and it's box for better access. Be sure to use a leveler with the hoist.

I just pulled my motor this past weekend put a bottle jack under the bell housing.
