GoPro Hero 2 with external microphone.

I wasn't to happy with the built in mic on the GoPro, so I bought a Audio Technica Pro-24 to use with it. I ran the cable through the back seat, through one of the gourmets in the trunk, and mounted the Mic between the mufflers. The sound is so much better now. Here is a clip of how it sounds..

Can you snap a pic of where exactly you put the mic? Like are we talking in the trunk or actually below the car? Sounds good though man!

It's definitely an improvement, but could still do with a windscreen (AT8123) :beerdrink:

Thanks for the replies..

The mic was around $65 from B&H. .

I have a wind cover that came with the mic, but didn't use it! I will do another video with it and post it up to compare the differences!

The mic is actually mounted under the car. Here are the pictures..
