Very interesting concepts, methinks.

Extreme cornering and fuel efficiency designs look promising. Magnetic field rim will never happen. Don't think we have materials that would last long enough in real world for the off road design. That might work at low speeds like the mars rover, etc. I think the next real world design we will see come into use will probably be a mesh design airless tire like that used in the cornering design.
