Help with SCT driver install

Last week I bought a sct tuner from bama. I wanted some changes made to the shift settings and I was emailed the tunes. I follow the directions to download the updates and drivers the sct program downloads fine but right before the drivers are downloaded I get an error message and it will not download. I tried going into device manager and I get the same damn error message it's 32 bit vista. I have searched but guess I'm just stupid I can't find a answer

Call sct. They can connect thru your computer and remotely fix it for you.

Ok, I'll try them tomorrow. Guess its just a pride thing. Should be plug and play and I'm pissed I can't figure it out

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. Unforuntely we won't be too much help here. This looks like an issue with the software/firmware that SCT can will have to fix. I'm confident they'll get you squared away in Just a few minutes!

Thank you, I tried calling SCT today but they are closed until Monday. Hopefully it's something simple.

Yes sir it's all good now. The folks at sct took over my computer and installed it in 10 min. Loving my new street/race hybrid tune with updated shift schedule.
